Protest organizer Abdallah Abu Rhamah from Bil'in was convicted of incitement and organizing illegal demonstrations today, after an eight months long military trial, during which he was kept behind bars. He was acquitted of a stone-throwing charge and a vindictive arms-possession charge.

Video Interview With Ni'ilin Popular Leader Hassan Mousa

On the night 12 December Hassan Mousa and two other grassroots organizers from the village of Ni'ilin have been arrested from their beds during a night raid on their town. The three are suspected with incitement, a blanket charge for organizing demonstrations.

Mousa, 36 years old, is a high school teacher in the village and an outspoken proponent of peaceful resistance to the Occupation. The following video interview was held four days prior to his arrest.
